The laminating process consists of extracting the fused glass from the melting basin and pressing it between 2 overlapped rollers-a plain one and an engraved one that imprints the pattern. The glass sheet’s gross width is 2016mm and the net one is 2000mm. The laminating rollers(19 engraved and a couple plain) were all purchased at Dornbusch Gravuren gmbH in Germany.
